Training will normally last for a full day and the intake will be limited to 16. This is because much of our work is practical and the need for the supervision of role-play and practice, means any more than eight pairs working together would prove unmanageable and the quality of their learning could be compromised.
Once your company’s unique requirements are agreed, we can work either in house, at your business location, or you may agree that a more focused result can be derived by sending your delegates to our training facilities in Haverhill - the heart of East Anglia. Here we have arranged with a local international hotel group to accommodate your group if you require an over-night stay - ready for a fresh start on training day.
